Gordon facilitated all requests for photos today

Gordon Elliott was in demand today in his local Summerhill as he brought Tiger Roll to the south Meath village that is located only a few miles away from his training base near Longwood.

And while he was enjoying the welcome, his horses were were clicking into form again with yesterday's Aintree-winning jockey Davy Russell on the mark with an early double at Tramore, one for Gordon Elliott.

Gordon repeated his first and third from the Grand National yesterday, this time in a more modest contest of a maiden hurdle at the Waterford venue.

Monatomic won by a short head today from Kingsteel and the other Elliott runner Touch Base.

That winner is one that will assist in the bid for the NH trainers' title with that set to be decided by the end of the forthcoming Punchestown Festival where Russell will be crowned champion jockey.

Gordon also has a runner on the flat at Cork this evening.
