Noel Meade had a win to savour today.

Meade enjoys festival success with Road to Respect

Castletown trainer Noel Meade enjoyed a moment to remember at Cheltenham today when Road to Respect won the Brown Advisory & Merriebelle Stable Plate Handicap Chase at 14/1.

Part of the Gigginstown House team, Road to Respect was guided home in fine style by Bryan Cooper to claim first place.

Road to Respect had displayed some indifferent form in recent outings but looked impressive in taking today's race.

Cheltenham has already turned out to be memorable for another Meath trainer Gordon Elliott.

However today it was the turn of Meade to enjoy his moment in the spotlight.
