Kilmessan to face Kerry side in All-Ireland camogie final

Kilmessan recorded a facile All-Ireland Junior Camogie semi-final victory at Kinnegad today when they proved too strong for Ulster champions Crosserlough.

Kilmessan were ahead by 3-10 to 0-1 at the interval with the goals coming from Megan Thynne, Leah Dennehy and Katie Ni Choileann and at the stage the game was over as a contest.

Kilmessan kept their focus after the resumption and Ni Choileann added two more goals to complete a fine individual performance and secire that All-Ireland final ticket.

The other semi-final was also on today -  Clanmaurice v Athleague at Newmarket on Fergus, Clanmaurice won by 3-4 to 1-7. 

This means it will be a Meath v Kerry clash in the All-Ireland final.
