Gaeil Colmcille's manager Lar Wall talks to his players after today's game at Walterstown.

Wall's men back on track

Gaeil Colmcille got back to winning ways in the SFC when they defeated Duleek/Bellewstown at Walterstown 1-17 to 1-8 earlier today.

Played in warm, pleasant conditions Lar Wall's side had too much firepower for a struggling Duleek/Bellewstown side to look destined for a relegation scrap.

Defeated by Summerhill in the last round Gaeil Colmcille conceded an early goal in this match with Darren Mills scoring for their opponents.

However at the break Wall's men led 0-10 to 1-5.  Early in the second-half Brian Hanlon grabbed a goal for Gaeil Colmcille to put them in a commanding position.

Seamus Mattiemoe capped a superb display for the winners with eight point, six from play.
