Dunboyne march to big victory

After a defeat to Trim in the opening round this was victory Dunboyne needed and they led 1-12 to 0-10 at the break with Neil Hackett firing to the net for them.

This was also a memorable outing for Dunboyne sharpshooter Sean Quigley who clocked up 15 points.

Conor Gilmartin also bagged a goal for Dunboyne late on and a night of misery was completed for Ratoath when they had Jack McGowan red carded shortly before the end.

Padraig O'Hanrahan was prominent for Ratoath scoring six points with the team once more without Bryan McMahon.
