Dunboyne girls take Primary Schools Div 1 title

The Meath Primary Schools' Girls finals were centre-stage today at Páirc Tailteann with six of the titles presented, but one game ending in a draw and going to a replay next Monday in Dunshaughlin.

The girls from Dunboyne brought the curtain down on the day of action and as they left the pitch the Meath players were coming into the ground for a training session ahead f Saturday's Leinster SFC semi-final against Kildare.

Dunboyne were superb as they proved too strong for St Oliver's, Navan and won by 9-7 to 0-0 after leading by 5-4 to 0-0 at the interval and completed a double for the school as the boys won last Saturday.
