Louth set for Navan visit on Sunday next

Andy McEntee's O'Byrne Cup holders Meath will face Louth in the last four at Páirc Tailteann next Sunday after the Wee County recorded a 3-14 to 2-12
success over Carlow in Drogheda today.

Louth's goals were scored by Anthony Williams, Conor McKeever and Gerard McSorley were the goal scorers.

Meath u-21 footballers will be in action against Cavan in the semi-final of the Hastings Cup on Saturday but venue and time have yet to be confirmed.

Meath hurlers will face IT Carlow on Wednesday night in Dunganny at 7.30pm to facilitate Meath's training camp in Kilkenny at the weekend in preparation
for the first round of the NHL next month.

On Friday night Meath manager Martin Ennis will be recognised for his achievements with the hurlers in 2016 when he attends the Meath Sports
Awards ay Knightsbrook where he will collect a monthly accolade and is also in contention with the other 11 monthly winners for the overall Meath
Sportsperson of the Year award.
