SFC race reaches last four

And then there were four.
The race for the Keegan Cup is reaching its conclusion with the final four now known after the last three quarter-finals were played over the weekend.
Simonstown and Dunboyne played out a thrilling contest in Trim on Saturday evening with Colm O'Rourke's Simonstown sealing an extra-time 3-16 to 1-17 win over a fancied Dunboyne side.
Padraig McKeever top scored for the Navan side with 1-7 including an extra-time goal that proved crucial.
Simonstown will now face Gaeil Colmcille in the semi-finals after the Kells men booked their place in the final four with a comprehensive 2-18 to 0-15 win over Na Fianna.
Brian Hanlon top scored for Lar Wall's side with 1-7, but the issue was never doubt despite Cormac Keegan's late dismissal spoiling an otherwise perfect evening.
Donaghmore/Ashbourne further underlined their credentials with a resounding 2-16 to 0-5 win over previously unbeaten Seneschalstown in a drab affair at Pairc Tailteann on Sunday.
