Meath supporters looking forward to a big weekend of sport

Throw-in changes due to kick-off time

Supporters will welcome changes to Sunday's Leinster SFC semi-final throw-in times by the GAA - the two big provincial semi-finals will start at 4.15pm and 6.35pm instead of 2pm and 4pm as was originally scheduled.

Westmeath v Kildare will now start at 4.15pm while the eagerly-awaited Dublin v Meath game will have a 6.35pm start.

The changes will be welcomed by the majority of sports enthusiasts, but it remains to be clarified whether or not the Republic of Ireland v France will be shown on the big screens in Croke Park from 2pm ahead of the first game between Kildare and Westmeath at 4.15pm.

The Euro 2016 game would be scheduled to finish at approx 3.45pm unless it goes to extra-time when it would continue until approx 4.20pm.
