One change for roscommon clash

Meath manager Mick O'Dowd has made one change to his team for Sunday's crucial NFL Div 2 clash with Roscommon at Dr Hyde Park, 1.0.

Damien Carroll (pictured) will come into the team to replace Joey Wallace in the only change from the starting 15 that defeated Kildare on Saturday 7th February.

Wallace is expected to feature for the u-21 team in their Leinster u-21 FC clash with Westmeath at Pairc Tailteann next Wednesday evening, while his brother Eamon is also held in reserve despite returning to action for the closing minutes of that win over Kildare.

With Harry Rooney and Adam Flanagan also expected to feature in the Leinster u-21 FC game and subsequently likely to play three games in six days, o'Dowd has resisted the temptation to bring Summerhill's Conor Gillespie back into the fold, although he may feature from the bench at some stage and could be available to start against Westmeath on Saturday 7th March.
