Dunshaughlin boys get ready for big weekend

The Dunshaughlin u-14 footballers are preparing for what promises to be an intriguing adventure for them when they take part in the national Feile na nGael finals at venues in Roscommon and Mayo this weekend. 

This is the first time in eight years Dunshaughlin have made it to the finals. They won the Meath u-14 Div 1 crown in May to qualify for the Feile defeating Dunboyne by four points in a closely contested decider.

'Its a  great achievement by all involved with the team and a proud moment for the Dunshaughlin club. The team will be hosted by the St Croan's GAA club in Roscommon for the Feile weekend,' commented Ultan Blake from the Dunshaughlin club.  

'Best wishes in the Feile competition to the lads from all at Dunshaughlin GAA club as they represent Meath with pride on the national stage.'

The Dunshaughlin team is managed by Dave McCormack and he is assisted by mentors Aidan McHugh, Eamonn Moyles and Paul Nestor.
