Meath teams unchanged for weekend action

Both Mick O'Dowd and Cillian Farrell have named unchanged teams for this weekend's action in NFL Div 2 against Laois and in NHL Div 2B against Armagh.

The Meath team for Saturday’s NFL Div 2 clash with Laois will be unchanged from the side that drew with Donegal in Ballybofey last Sunday.

Manager Mick O’Dowd as opted to stick with Sean Curran who came in as a late replacement for Padraic Harnan, while an injury picked up by Eamon Wallace in the Leinster u-21 FC quarter-final replay win over Louth means that Dalton McDonagh also retains his place.

Donal Keogan started at centre-back against Donegal, but is again listed at corner-back with Eoghan Harrington picked to fill the number six jersey.
Damien Carroll will again line out at wing back where he impressed in the draw with Donegal.
Meath senior hurling manager Cillian Farrell has also named the same 15 for Sunday’s NHL Div 2B clash with Armagh as started the drubbing of Fingal in the last round.
Boardsmill’s Charlie Bird remains in goals, while Steven Clynch will continue his rehabilition from the bench where he will be joined by former Meath senior footballer Caoimhin King.
