O'Rourke back at Simonstown

The managerial merry-go-round continued to turn this week with the news that Colm O’Rourke has been appointed new manager of Simonstown for the third time.
O’Rourke replaces former Meath boss Eamonn O’Brien and his return to the north Navan hot seat coincides with the return of his son Shane from a long term injury.
The former Meath Allstar and RTÉ GAA pundit guided Simonstown to two SFC final in his previous spells in charge, losing the 2003 final to Blackhall Gaels and the 2004 decider to his home club Skryne.
A number of other high profile jobs are still up for grabs with Darren Fay stepping down from his role with Wolfe Tones and John Lyons expected to finish up with Na Fianna following the conclusion of their Feis Cup campaign.
Several other clubs have also indicated to the Meath Chronicle that they have, as yet, to finalise their management teams for 2014.
