Meath off to a winning start

Jane Dolan scored five points as Meath struck late to snatch a dramatic 0-8 to 0-5 National Camogie League Div 2 victory over Waterford at Dunganny today.

Meath trailed by 0-2 to 0-3 at the end of a dire first-half, but boosted by a significantly improved second-half display they managed to get their noses in front for the first time with 11 minutes remaining and stayed there with Dolan adding two late frees to secure the win.
