Reilly named player of the year

St Colmcille's Graham Reilly has been announced as the Meath GAA Co Board's Player-of-the-Year with Kiltale's Padraig Donoghue scooping the Hurler-of-the-Year prize. Reilly finished the year as the country's leading scorer from play in the All-Ireland SFC and he was the most consistent performer during Meath's difficult campaign. Donoghue had an outstanding year for both club and county, culminating in winning the Jubilee Cup with Kiltale.
