Following tonight's SFC quarter-final at Pairc Tailteann where Navan O'Mahonys proved too strong for Simonstown Gaels, manager Davy Nelson can look forward to the semi-final.
O'Mahonys made hard work of the first-half with a lot of wides as they established a 0-7 to 0-5 interval advantage.
O'Mahonys full-back Niall McKeigue got forward early in the second-half for a goal that sealed the victory as they won by 1-14 to 0-9.
The remainder was scrappy and fragmented with lots of substitutions.
