Meath into All-Ireland final

Meath qualified for the final of the All-Ireland Premier Junior Camogie championship final today at Blakestown (Dublin) when they proved too strong for Kildare.

This was a tough test for Meath and they won convincingly on the scoreboard by 0-14 to 0-5.

Meath were ahead by 0-8 to 0-3 at the interval and will now meet either Laois or Down in the final at Croke Park on Sunday 16th September.

Meath will play Down in the All-Ireland final after the Ulster side defeated Laois by 2-8 to 2-5. Down were ahead by 2-8 to 1-4 at the interval.

Down defeated Meath in last year's semi-final at Clontibret and then lost the All-Ireland final against Waterford.
