Meath may have made a faltering start to herald in their new sponsor, but at least they got off to a winning start.
Luke Comer was present at Pairc Tailteann last night to herald the arrival of a new-look Meath jersey for the 2010 campaign.
The Dunboyne-based horseracing enthusiast is backing the Royal County for 2010 and 2011 with support from the Comer Group.
Last night the Meath jerseys carried the Comer Group International logo.
"There may be some slight changes to the jersey, but we had these ready for the game against Westmeath," Meath Co Committee chairman Barney Allen told the Meath Chronicle.
