Changes on Meath team

Profile by Conall Collier

There might be some Saintly help for Meath tomorrow night.

The Meath team shows a number of changes for tomorrow night's NFL Div 2 game at Pairc Tailteann against Westmeath.

David Lyons replaces Paddy O'Rourke between the posts as the Skryne player will be on u-21 duty tomorrow afternoon, but is listed amongst the substitutes.

Chris O'Connor, Barry Regan and Seamus Kenny complete a new-look half-back line while Ollie Lewis and Anthony Moyles will start in the wing forward positions instead of Kenny and Peadar Byrne.

Joe Sheridan will start at full-forward, flanked by the Bray brothers, David and Stephen.

Meath will hope to make a winning start for new sponsor Comer Group International - it's anticipated that Luke Comer will attend the game.

Meath are unbeaten under lights at Pairc Tailteann this year having defeated Dublin (O'Byrne Cup replay) and Armagh (NFL).

Meath team - David Lyons; Niall McKeigue, James Macken, Eoghan Harrington;

Chris O'Connor, Barry Regan, Seamus Kenny; Nigel Crawford, Mark Ward; Ollie Lewis, Jamie Queeney, Anthony Moyles; David Bray, Joe Sheridan, Stephen Bray.
