'Shrek' goes down a storm!
Dear sir - John Grant baby sat a theatre full of children on Saturday afternoon. Cheer Boo said the electronic boxes but they were not needed at Shrek's big adventure Kells 36th annual panto.
The kids and the adults got right into the story as Shrek's swamp appeared on stage. From the swamp to meeting Princess Fiona and Lord Farquaard, the pacey, exciting, vivacious, raucous and downright bawdy show went down a storm.
The quality of the acting, singing and sheer magic that is John Grant's and his merry helper's mesmerized till curtain up. Go if you can, it's the best laugh you'll get all year.
