Making a complaint with style

It's holiday season, which inevitably means luggage trouble for many of us. But Canadian Dave Carroll had a unique way to complain when his guitar was damaged by United Airlines staff chucking it about... he wrote some songs about it.

Musician Dave was travelling to Nebraska to tour with his band, Sons of Maxwell, when he saw his $3,500 guitar being thrown by United Airlines baggage handlers, causing severe damage. After months of calls and emails to various staff who didn't deny the damage had taken place but tried to put the responsibility for sorting it out onto someone else, Dave decided to take action.

Since the video hit the internet this week the response to the video has been immense, inspiring the (very polite sounding) Dave to put out this video statement.
