Settled weather to break this weekend

It may be time to put the barbecues away as weather forecasters are predicting the recent dry, sunny spell we have been enjoying will come to an end this weekend.

This evening will remain dry but with mist thickening into patches of fog once more and cloud tending to increase generally as the night goes on. Lowest temperatures will be 5 to 8 Degrees.

Fog will clear gradually during Saturday morning, but it will remain misty and rather cloudy in many places. However, there will be some periods of hazy sunshine, best in the afternoon, with top temperatures of 11 to 15 Degrees.

Sunday will be dull and cloudy with freshening southeasterly winds and rain becoming widespread and persistent later in the day. Monday will also be wet and windy at first, with scattered showers in brighter conditions spreading from the south before a next band of rain will reach the southwest later in the day.
