Lindas colourful horse show outfit

Linda Malone from Athboy has won the Most Colourful Outfit award at the Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show. She wore a dress from Vanilla Boutique, in Fermoy, her hat was a custom made piece from Miss G Designs based in LA. Katy Perry's milliner.

Laura Jayne Halton from Maynooth was named the Dundrum Town Centre Best Dressed Lady. Laura Jayne wore a look including a cape, dress and head piece that she made herself and was declared the winner in front of a huge crowd. She was presented with a voucher worth €10,000 for Dundrum Town Centre. Laura Jayne's monochrome dress impressed the two judges top blogger and model Pippa O’Connor and fashion editor Bairbre Power.

Sarah Cass from Kilkenny won the Most Elegant Lady award. She wore a hat by Jennifer Wrynne, a jacket from Ted Baker and a matching dress. Cormac Bates from Wexford won the Best dressed Man award. He wore a suit from Industry. The Great Lengths Most Creative Hat went to Linda Morrison from Kildare. Her hat was by Carol Kinnelly, and she wore a 1940s style wedding dress from Hayworth in Dublin.

Some interesting stats from the Dundrum Town Centre Ladies Day at the Dublin Horse Show:

552 ladies entered the competition this year.

The most popular styles on the day were floral and vintage with a massive return of the aline skirt.

The best represented counties on the day were Meath and Kildare

Milliner Carol Kinnelly, a former Dublin Horse Show best Dressed Lady winner, had 25 of her different hat styles entered into the competition

The oldest entrant on the day was 80 year old, Philomena Cribbin from Staffan Co Kildare

The furthest someone travelled to enter the Best Dressed Lady competition was over 15,000 km

Laura Jayne beat a contingent of Ireland's most stylish ladies to take the coveted title of the Dundrum Town Centre’s Best Dressed Lady 2015.

Speaking of the winner, Pippa O’Connor said: “There was a fantastic atmosphere at this year’s Dundrum Town Centre Ladies Day with everyone enjoying the style on the day. We had a difficult task to choose just one overall winner.”

Don Nugent, Dundrum Town Centre Managing Director said: “We are celebrating ten years of business and wanted to mark the occasion in a really fashionable way. It’s an iconic day in the fashion calendar and we are delighted to have been part of it and to be associated with our near neighbours – the RDS”.
