Gardai seek information after man found injured in kells

Gardai in Kells are appealing for information after a 30-year-old man was found badly injured at the SuperValu car park in Kells in the early hours of Monday 23rd March.
The man was taken by ambulance to Cavan General Hospital after being found at 1.42am with a broken arm and facial cuts, one of which required stitches.
According to gardaí, the man has no recollection of events after departing the Kelltic Bar at around 12.20am on the night in question.

He had consumed a lot of alcohol, they say, and had been socialising since 1pm on Sunday 22nd March.
It is understood that the man walked alone from the Kelltic Bar along Market Street and Cannon Street. Gardaí are currently examining CCTV footage, and would like to speak with members of the public who saw the man - or know what happened to him - between the Kelltic Bar and SuperValu.
The man has short fair hair and is of a slim build. On the night in question, he was wearing a light blue hoodie, dark blue jeans and white Addidas runners.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Kells Garda Station on (046) 924 0999.
