Local man behind Irish Eurovision legends tour

Navan man Conor Mulhall is the organiser of the 'Best Of Eurovision - Ireland's winners' tour.

Anyone watching the opening RTE 'Late Late Show' of the season will have seen a gathering of Irish Eurovision legends launch their upcoming Irish tour, with Johnny Logan paying tribute to Navan native Conor Mulhall for organising it.

The idea for the show came from Conor, who is MD of Savee Entertainment, when he heard RTE's Marty Whelan comment on how Ireland still holds the record for the most number of winning songs at Eurovision.

'Best Of Eurovision - Ireland's Winners' will see Eurovision stars Johnny Logan, Linda Martin, Dana, Niamh Kavanagh, Paul Harrington and Charlie McGettigan perform all their Eurovision hits together for the first time ever in a once-in-a-lifetime tour this October. The show promises to bring the audience on a tour down Eurovision memory lane, telling Ireland's Eurovision story with a stunning audio and visual display, featuring the most iconic moments in Ireland's Eurovision history.

'Best of Eurovision' venues include the TLT Concert Hall and Theatre in Drogheda on Saturday 13th October, as well as the Mullingar Park Hotel on 16th October. Tickets are priced at €32 plus booking fee and are on sale now from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide, online at www.ticketmaster.ie and local venue box offices.
