On Sunday 24th July, 7 local venues are opening up their facilities to provide refreshments and much needed nourishment to the cyclists participating in this year's cycle tour.  Details below of participating venues:

Cormeen community centre, food stop @ 98km

Bawn Inn, Athboy, water stop @ 132km

Kiltale GAA centre, water stop @ 34km

Trim       -              Finish, food stop for all cyclists.

Even though 17,500 bottles of water will be consumed on the day, cyclists are requested to bring with them fully stocked water bottles and snacks for consumption along the route. There is an array of food served along the routes and at the finish in Trim (including gluten free products), however cyclists with specific dietary requirements will need to bring their own food.

The organisers of the An Post Meath Heritage cycle tour would like to thank the individual venues for opening up their premises and making them accessible to all participating cyclists – without this much needed cooperation, the An Post Meath Heritage cycle tour would not be the largest and most popular cycling event not alone in Leinster but in Ulster and Connacht included. Congrats to all the volunteers and personnel involved over the weekend in making this happen.
