Two days left to vote for your favourite burger!

Whether cheese tickles your fancy or you’re partial to a slice of crispy bacon, nothing delights the taste buds quite like a freshly made, juicy burger. And, the time has finally come for meat-lovers across the island to make the ultimate decision – what is Ireland’s very best burger? Irish burger enthusiasts are being asked to cast their vote for their favourite burger to help celebrate the launch of the first ever National Burger Day on 21st June.

National Burger Day is a nationwide celebration of the everything that we love about Irish burgers. Due to the overwhelming success of the national event in the UK and US, it has finally arrived on Irish shores. Voting for Ireland’s “Best Burger” is now underway and customers throughout the country will have four weeks to cast their vote online through the dedicated website - www.nationalburgerday.ie. Voters will also be entered the draw to win a trip for two to the home of the hamburger – New York City!

The hunt will feature 100s of outlets across the country including some of Ireland’s most-loved fast food joints such as Gourmet Burger Kitchen and Eddie Rockets as well as pubs, hotels and burger hot spots, with the big reveal taking place on National Burger Day 21st June 2018.

The Irish event, sponsored by Kepak, and supported by Coca Cola, Heinz, Dubliner Cheese and Tour America will take place on June 21st with participating outlets all around the country marking the day by offering a Buy One Get One Free exclusive offer on their Signature burger.
