Lucy gets cosy with Al Porter in 'Living with Lucy'.

Lucy's on the Porter!

In this week’s third episode of Living with Lucy, Ireland’s comedy superstar and self-confessed ‘Queen of Tallaght’, Al Porter, invites Lucy into his home, to spend a weekend with him.

Viewers are in for a real treat as Al shows Lucy around his neighbourhood in Springfield, Tallaght, where, despite his increasing fame, he still lives at home with his mum Marian and dad Mick.

Among the mayhem, Al introduces Lucy to the ‘Spice Box’ and bravely lets her give him a spray tan in his back garden, ahead of his big comedy show in Vicar Street. “We want Linda Martin, not Donald Trump” Al declares, when he realises Lucy might not be up to the job!

Al, who just last weekend won the 2016 IFTA Rising Star award, also opens up about love to Lucy and confesses, “I’ve been very unlucky in love and desperately want to meet someone and failing that, at least the ride”.

There is also a sneak peek backstage at one of his comedy shows as Al prepares for a national tour.

Viewers will get a double dose of Al Porter on TV3 tomorrow night. In addition to featuring on Living with Lucy, Al will also host The Seven O’clock Show alongside Martin King and Lucy Kennedy. It will be the first time ever the show has been presented by three presenters.

‘Living with Lucy: Al Porter’ airs tomorrow (Tues 11th October) at 9.30pm on TV3.
