Niall Lynch, Treasurer of Glen Emmets GFC, comments “Last year’s event proved to be an amazing success. Is was a sell-out, with over 700 people coming from near and far. In fact, we had visitors from as far away as Donegal and Offaly! The atmosphere was amazing and dancing went on well into the early hours. It was incredible to see so many people come out to support two worthy causes.” Niall goes on to say – “We intend this year’s event to be even bigger and better; with free food including the obligatory ‘pig on a spit’, as well as some line dancing lessons from 8pm – so come along early.
