Voice of ireland seeks entrants for fifth series

Following four successful series which saw ratings smashed this year, RTÉ One’s hit show, 'The Voice of Ireland', will return for a fifth series. And this week the search begins to find Ireland’s freshest new talent. Producers are now looking for applications for auditions starting this autumn.

The world famous format needs no introduction; each singer has 90 seconds to impress one or more of the four coaches. This show is all about the Voice so if you think you have what it takes to perform live for the coaches and a studio audience then the stage is all yours.

Are you the next diva, rocker or pop act? The Voice is looking for the ethereal, the gravelly, the sonorous, the hypnotic – that unique voice that will blow the coaches away and land you a record deal with Universal Ireland.

You can apply now here: www.rte.ie/thevoice

You can send an MP3 or a YouTube clip

Series four winner Patrick Donohue, who now goes under the moniker Patrick James,  has just released his first single, 'Redemption Days' through Universal Ireland.
