The nualas for ramor this weekend

Award-winning comedy trio The Nualas have just unveiled their new batch of autumn 2014 Irish dates following their most successful Edinburgh Fringe ever. The troupe, which features the talents of Sue Collins, Anne Gildea and Maria Tecce, received rave reviews for their 25 festival relaunch shows in August, and will be in Ramor Theatre, Virginia, on Saturday 20th September.

Still basking in the glow of the plaudits heaped on their ability to marry infectious melodies and beguiling harmonies to side-splitting observations, the ladies have announced a domestic lap of honour featuring 16 dates around the country.

Since getting together in 1995 The Nualas have toured the world and played extended theatre seasons in London, Dublin and New York. Pitstops of note include a headline slot at the inaugural Singapore International Comedy Festival and a very special appearance at The Concert For Peace In Ireland at The Royal Albert Hall.

They have chalked up innumerable radio and television appearances across the globe, including writing and recording several radio series for BBC Radio 4. At home, they count RTE’s Miriam O’Callaghan and Today FM’s Matt Cooper amongst their fans and are regular guests on The Late Late Show.

The new show includes all the best-loved Nualas numbers plus some new soon-to-be favourites!

AND of course their unrivalled trademark banter! The current musical smorgasbord features a model rap and country n western number about a homicidal wife, plus an ode to Colm Meaney. The girls also tackle thorny issues such as religion, eBay, advancing years and weight gain with scathing mockery and jocular aplomb.
