Louth, Dublin West and Mayo on Vincent's schedule

Vincent Browne will be hosting the final three 'People’s Debates' over the next two weeks in the run up to the General Election.

For the next debate The People’s Debate with Vincent Browne will visit Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adam’s constituency of Louth on Wednesday 17th February from the Carrickdale Hotel. This will be followed by Tánaiste Joan Burton’s constituency of Dublin West on Thursday 18th February in the Carlton Hotel, Blanchardstown.

Finally on Monday 22nd February, Vincent and team will be in The Mayo Convention Centre at the TF Royal Hotel, Castlebar for An Taoiseach Enda Kenny’s constituency of Mayo. All three debates will be recorded from 7.30pm – 9.30pm and will be broadcast the same evening at 10pm – Midnight.

So far, Vincent has visited 37 constituencies, the most recent was Micheál Martin’s constituency of Cork South Central last Tuesday 9th February, calling TDs to account and querying them on what they are promising their constituents ahead of the upcoming General Election. The People’s Debate with Vincent Browne aims to involve as many local people as possible around the country, not just TDs. Local people all around the country get to air their concerns and views and hold the local politicians to account on a number of important issues.

Doors open at 6.45PM for every debate and filming gets underway at 7.30PM SHARP. No ticket is required to gain entry.
